Sasha Havrysevych is a photographer from Ukraine. She was born in Radomyshl, Zhytomyr region and now based in Kyiv. Sasha has bachelor degree in theory literature. In summer 2023 Sasha became Adobe Creative Residency Community Fund recipient. She was shortlisted in Shutter Hub YEARBOOK 2024 Awards and Shutter Hub YEARBOOK 2025 Awards with 'She sells' project. From October 2024 till September 2025 Sasha participated in 'Photochallenge' by Taras Bychko.
Sasha works with documentary genres both in digital and analog. Since February 2025 she has been studing printing in darkroom. "In my personal projects I like working with tones on picture as a poet works with rhyme. I think form is no less essential as a theme, so my point is creating photographies as an imagegery using its instruments and language".
